Aelah Thomson and her Goulbourn Hornets Bantam team were part of the movie "Going Thru a Thing" filmed here in Ottawa by writer/producer Jo Marr. Aelah captured the lead role of Sammy while the team was featured as part of this local film shot around Ottawa with the basketball scenes being filmed at Confederation High School.
