The Lexington Adult Baseball League would like to recognize the Bluegrass Insurance Group, LLC BIG Players of the Week for May 4.

Knights SS Matt Youngquist is BIG Hitter of the Week for the second week in a row for his 3-4 performance this week. Matt scored two runs and drove in another to lead his team to a 7-5 victory over the Bombers. In two games this season, Matt is 6-7 with 2 doubles, 4 RBI, and two stolen bases.

Miners RHP Mikhail Jenkins is BIG Pitcher of the Week, being recognized for his performance in his team's 5-4 victory over the Stallions. Mikhail allowed 3 earned runs and striking out 9 in 6 2/3 innings of work. Mikhail has a 2.79 ERA this year and is currently tied for 3rd in the league with 11 strikeouts in his 9 2/3 innings of work.
