Not a horrible day offesively by the Silver Sox in this one, but the errors by their defense took away from what they did at the plate. Starting strong in the 1st Inning, putting up 2 Runs right off the bat, (no pun intended). A lead off walk of Chris LaPenna and a Single from Ben Chavaria put runners in scoring position for a Justin Juneau Single and a Sang Kyu Park Sac Fly.

 

    Answering back in the bottom of the 2nd with 4 runs, were the Armada, and they would never look back. The best chance for the Sox were when they were down 6-3 in the top of the 5th, but a run in the bottom of the 5th and 5 more in the bottom of the 6th were enough to hold the Saskatchewan team down to a 12-3 loss. 

 

    Great hitting from Ryoma Jige was the highlight of the day for the Armada, as he went 4 for 4 with a Triple in the 2nd, with 2 outs, which started their 2 out rally where Long Beach scored 4. David Holcombe also hit a Three bagger in this game with 2 RBI's, he was 1 for 2 on the day woth a couple of walks as well. Luke Mathews also produced a few runs with a 2 RBI Double in the 2nd. Great hitting all around for a solid win for the Armada bring their record to (6-5-1).
