Down three runs in the sixth, the Lincoln Saltdogs recovered thanks to P Parise's solo home run in the seventh, and pulled out a 6-5 win over the Quebec Capitales (64-33) on Friday at Le Stade Municipal.
With the score tied at five, Parise came to the plate and homered.
Matt Forgatch had three extra-base hits for the Lincoln Saltdogs. He tripled in the sixth inning and doubled in the second and seventh innings.
Josh Garton racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Quebec Capitales. He homered in the third inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Connor Spink got the win for the Lincoln Saltdogs. He tossed one inning of shutout ball. Spink struck out two, walked one and gave up two hits.
Guillaume Duguay couldn't get it done on the mound for the Quebec Capitales, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
