Oros made a big splash in 2013 as he finished the year with a 2.16 ERA in 21 games, 13 starts. He was named a Frontier League All-Star and ended up winning seven games for the Freedom. In 2012, the Kingwood, TX native played in the Pecos League with the White Sands Pupfish. Oros started six games with the Pupfish in 2012 and went 2-3 with a 6.03 ERA. Oros finished his college playing career at Sam Houston State in 2012, there he went 10-5 over two seasons mostly out of the bullpen.
