The Everett (12-15) blew out the Skagit Valley (9-25) 7-1 on Tuesday at Skagit Valley after pouring on four runs in the fourth inning.
Kayla Brissey racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Everett. He singled in the fourth and sixth innings and doubled in the seventh inning.
Alisa Ortega pitched lights out for the Everett. The Skagit Valley managed just one hit off of Ortega, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out six during his seven innings of work.
Holly Hawkins couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Skagit Valley, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out four.
