Spencer Naas had one goal and three assists to lead the Benilde St. Margarets Red Knights to a 6-0 victory over the Rochester Lourdes Eagles.

Naas got on the board by slotting home a power play goal 10:32 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Benilde St. Margarets. Benilde St. Margarets had taken the advantage when Rochester Lourdes' Ryan Saltness got sent off for too many men. Chase Jungels assisted on the tally. Naas dished an assist on Jacob Holmers's goal that made the score 3-0 Benilde St. Margarets at 13:32 into the first period. He then added assists on Jungels' goal at 6:41 into the second and on Evan Fleming's goal at 1:27 into the third.

The Eagles' power play was ineffective against the Red Knights' penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

Benilde St. Margarets put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Rochester Lourdes to score on any of its six power plays. The Eagles were unable to stop the Red Knights from sending pucks towards the net, and Benilde St. Margarets eventually piled up 45 shots on goal.

Benilde St. Margarets also got points from Jungels, who also had one goal and one assist and Fleming, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Benilde St. Margarets also had goals scored by Nick Austin and Nate Meyer, who each put in one. More assists for Benilde St. Margarets came via Johnny Austin, who had one, Carter Roo, who had two, and Ben Newhouse, who had three.

Rochester Lourdes relied on a core group of players for most of its offense, as Mason Carstens, Nick Roth and Montana Streit took nine of the team's 17 shots.

Jalen Long recorded 17 saves for the Red Knights. Benilde St. Margarets incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. Jack Burkel made 39 saves for the Eagles on 45 shots. Rochester Lourdes incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
