NEWPORT, RI — The Newport Gulls’ second home game of the season against the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks was postponed due to inclement weather on Friday, June 6, in the top of the fourth inning.

The Gulls were down 3-0 at the time of this delay and will resume the game in the top of the fourth inning as part of a doubleheader when Newport hosts Martha’s Vineyard again on July 7. 

Prior to tonight’s contest, Newport was 2-1 on the season and Martha’s Vineyard was 1-1.
