Week 6: May 5-11
Premier: Austin Blair continues his upward trend, clinching the "Golden Eagles of the Week" crown with a jaw-dropping display on both sides of the ball. At the plate, he went 5-for-9 with a double, a line drive grand slam, and a whopping 6 RBIs in 3 games. On the mound, Blair hurled 4 hitless innings, racking up 6 strikeouts, and locking down a victory with ice-cold precision. His dual-threat skillset proved he's a true game-changer!
Junior: Thomas Swan - the sure handed second baseman was solid in all aspects of the game. He has worked hard to groove his swing and now dividends are beginning to show. He contributed offensively against UBC this past weekend. Hitting the ball hard with a line drive and a double. He scored a run, drove in a run, and was on the base paths all afternoon.
Bantam: Logan Grant for 2 strong outings on the mound. She threw 6 innings, allowed just 2 runs, and struck out 6. Logan set the tone with her composure and battled every pitch. Her effort and presence stood out all weekend.
Congratulations!
