Three players were recognized by their coaching staff this week for their efforts this week. The Bantam and Senior squads competed in the Best of the West tournament in Kamloops. The Junior team played 4 home games in league play. 
The Golden Eagle of the Week is awarded to an Eagle player who demonstrates the highest standard of inspiration, strength and resilience. Qualities we value in our organization, on and off the field. 

Premier: Jack Avison soared above the competition this week, earning the Golden Eagle award with an outstanding performance at the plate. Going 7 for 10, Avison showcased his consistency and clutch hitting, including two hustle doubles that sparked the offense. His two RBIs were pivotal in driving in key runs. Congratulations, Jack, on a phenomenal week!

Junior: Deven Simonovic was electric in his outing against the Delta Blue Jays. Left handed pitcher Deven threw a complete game shutout over 6 innings with 11 strikeouts. He also helped the team offensively all weekend with 4 solid hits and multiple strong plate appearances.

Bantam: Jaxson Militello earns this week’s Golden Eagle after a big all-around performance. He went 6-for-10 at the plate, scored 4 runs, drove in 3, and stole 3 bases. He also closed out the final game with two scoreless innings to earn the save. Jaxson set the tone and helped lead the Eagles to success all weekend long.
