2024 Junior Premier Eagles
The Victoria Eagles Baseball Club is pleased to announce that Dustin Robirtis has been appointed Manager of the 2024 Junior Premier Eagles. Dustin is an accomplished baseball professional with an impressive background in both playing and coaching. As a player, Dustin has excelled at various levels, including winning the 2005 Provincial Championship with the Victoria Bears and the 2007 Provincial Championship with the Victoria Mariners Jr. Premier. He earned invitations to prestigious showcase events such as the Arizona Fall Classic and the Perfect Game Showcase. Notably, Dustin was invited to the Stanford University Prospect Camp and the West Coast Conference Prospect Camp in 2008. In college, he played for Colorado Mesa University (formerly Mesa State College) from 2009 to 2014, where he contributed to the team's success as they became the National Runner Up in 2014. As a coach, Dustin has been a part of Pro Way Baseball since 2009, where he has worked with individuals, teams, and groups, providing coaching, organizing camps, and designing training programs. His expertise extends to strength training and program design, ensuring that athletes receive comprehensive and tailored guidance to reach their full potential. In 2014, he coached the Victoria AAA Selects, and the Victoria Peewee AAA Eagles in 2015. From 2018 to 2023, Dustin served as the Manager of the Victoria SeaWolves 18U AAA team, where his efforts assisted over 20 players in securing scholarships to universities and colleges.
Dustin will be joined in the dugout by veteran Eagles coach Dave Auger who was an Associate coach with the 2023 Bantam Eagles. Dave has coached with the Victoria Eagles since our inception in 2010. In 2019, he managed the JP Eagles to a BCJPBL Championship. In 2023, Dave coached with the Bantam Premier Eagles.
