In 2019 BYU Hockey added two new jersey designs for Home and Away jerseys. The entire uniform was updated with new helmets, gloves, shells, socks, and jerseys. People noticed and now BYU has advanced to the National Final Four in the ACHA's Jersey Madness competition.

The Cougars have successfully beat out Loyola Marymount, Texas, Boise, and Oregon.  Fans have really come up with some big numbers to edge out each of these teams.
