The 2019 SMBA Annual General Membership meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Civic Centre on 99 Foster Drive in the Thompson Room.  All members of SMBA are invited to attend (players, coaches, parents, umpires, field staff). 

The meeting will include a review of the 2018 AGM minutes, a 2019 president's report, the election of officers and much more.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the 2019 AGM.
 

At the Annual General Meeting, Soo Minor Baseball Association is looking to fill its executive for the 2020 season.  Open positions are listed as follows:

President - 2-year term
VP of Operations - 2-year term

Equipment Manager - 1 year term

League Convener Duties

Please consider being a league convener on the executive.  We are looking for someone with organizational skills and people skills.  Knowledge of baseball is an asset.  Please see the following roles and responsibilities for the following divisions but don't get too scared! The executive welcomes and helps all volunteers and work together to get things done.
