Sessions will be held at Superior Heights in the main Gym 6:30-8:00pm

January; 12, 26, Feb; 2, 23 and March 8, 22

One time $20 Participation Fee for all 6 sessions is to be submitted on site prior to the first workout. Cash only please with receipts provided.  Space is limited.

Players are to bring clean running shoes, glove, bat, batting helmet and wear an athletic protector. Please do not bring baseballs.  Proper indoor baseballs and other necessary training aids will be provided.
