ELITE LEAGUE FIXTURES RELEASED FOR 2018/19
Date: Jul 22, 2018
Coventry Blaze have signed 24-year-old defenceman Justin Hache.
Selected in the seventh round (208th overall) of the 2012 NHL Draft by Arizona Coyotes, Hache spent last season with Danish Metal Ligaen side SønderjyskE, registering five goals and 26 points in 50 games.
Prior to his move to Denmark, Hache spent time in the AHL with Portland Pirates, Springfield Falcons, Tucson Roadrunners and Texas Stars as well as featuring in the ECHL for Rapid City and Idaho.
“Justin gives us top pairing defenceman. He’s good in all areas, on and off the puck. He will play crucial minutes for us and in all situations.” Blaze Head Coach Danny Stewart said.
“He is a big body who adds grit and size to our back-end. He has played at very high levels and comes to us still at a young age with room to develop further. I’m excited about him and how he completes and compliments our defence.”
