The Dragons are excited to announce that Phoenix Hernandez will be returning to Glens Falls for the summer of 2018. 

Hernandez, a 6'3" sophomore from Brooklyn, New York is currently in his second season with the Southern New Hampshire Penmen. As a freshman for the Penmen, he finished with a .308 batting average. After getting off to a hot start in 2018 with two homeruns in his first game of the season, Hernandez currently holds a .289 batting average and .413 on base percentage. SNHU currently owns an 18-11 record a year after coming up just shy of the NCAA DII World Series.

The middle infielder appeared in 37 games for the Dragons a summer ago. He ended up ranked second on the team in RBI's (20) and HBP (6), while leading the team in stolen bases (12).

Keep following for player announcements each week up until the start of the season! The Dragons will open up at Saugerties on June 1st and their home opener will fall on Sunday, June 3rd.
