The Dragons are pleased to announce that right-handed pitchers Anthony Ellington and Ethan Cleary from Bellarmine University will be headed to Glens Falls in 2018. Bellarmine University competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference and has established a reputation as one of the top NCAA DII programs in the midwest region.

So far in 2018, Ethington has appeared in 10 games for the Knights, who own a 29-10 record. The Lexington, KY native has posted a 4-0 record with a 3.20 ERA in his first season at Bellarmine after competing his freshman season at Wabash Valley College.

Another sophomore, Cleary, lists his hometown as Prospect, KY. He has appeared for three games and struck out three opponents for the Knights this spring. He is a product of North Oldham High School.

Ethington and Cleary are two of four Bellarmine University players who will wear Dragon's uniforms this summer. Bellarmine has sent players to Glens Falls each of the past few seasons. Best of luck to Bellarmine in their pursuit of the DII World Series in Cary, North Carolina!
