The Fort Worth Brahmas and the Denver Cutthroats were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Fort Worth made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-3. More assists for Fort Worth came via Gregg Eskedjian, Daniel Spivak, and Austin Mayer, who contributed one a piece and Sy Nutkevitch and Riley Boychuk, who each chipped in two. The Cutthroats incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
