Rodney McKay kept the Moose Jaw Miller Express (10-16) off the board during his six innings of work and the Yorkton Cardinals (11-16) beat the Moose Jaw Miller Express, 6-2.

McKay allowed six hits, one walk and struck out three.

Nick Gotta was solid at the plate for the Yorkton Cardinals. Gotta went 4-5 and scored one run. He singled in the first, third, sixth, and eighth innings.

Ben Douglas was hot from the plate for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. Douglas went 3-4 and drove in one. He singled in the first and third innings.

Tyler Franek ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out four.
