Small Talk with Cameron Seto

Date:  Source: WSHL Fresno Monsters Hockey Team

This week, we caught up with past Monster Player of the Week, Cameron Seto. He scored two goals against the Valencia Flyers in their first series of games making a great start for the Monsters this season. This week we met with the man who wears jersey number 81. Forward Cameron Seto traveled from Surrey, British Colombia to play with the Monsters here in Fresno, CA.

He started skating at age five, but he didn’t start out as the best player on the team.  Having strong determination and continuous hard work he became the skillful player that he is today. Seto is very independent young man. His favorite dish from back home is shredded chicken and jellyfish. He loves to dress up in fancy clothes any chance he can.  His favorite way to dress up is to wear bowties and suspenders. He owns at least seven different colored suspenders. Seto wants to study finance and have his own business in the future. He wants a job where he can dress up in his suits every day.

In order to get ready for game day Seto listens to Rock and Rap music. His playlist consist of songs from Soundwave by Rehab to Sleeping with a friend by Neon Trees. An interesting fact about Seto is he enjoys juggling soccer balls before the game in order to get his feet moving. Cameron Seto is a great young man with a lot of character and has a bright future ahead of him.
