New Faces - Cameron Seto makes a big impression

Date:  Source: WSHL Fresno Monsters Hockey Team

The Fresno Monsters added many new faces to the lineup this season and one that is already standing out is forward Cameron Seto. In last night’s season opener against the Valencia Flyers, Seto potted a pair in his first game as a Monster. Seto scored the first goal of the game with a 1:04 on the clock in the first, assisted by Mike Nolan. During the second period he scored once again assisted by Mike Nolan this time on the power play.

First game of the season. First game playing as a Monster. You record 2 goals. How did it feel?

“Last night was an amazing feeling.  The team and I have been putting in many days of hard work and dedication in practice working closely with the coaching staff, and getting that first goal put us on a high. Unfortunately though, we couldn’t hang on to the lead”

We saw that you and Mike Nolan seemed to be working well with each other last night. What are your thoughts on the line combination?

“Our line combination is great. Last night Nolan, Hohl, and I were on point and we can only expect to get better as the season progresses.”

Is it safe to say fans can expect to see more goals from yourself and your line?

“I’m positive there will be plenty more to come this season”
