Hockey / Where are they now? feat. Nicholas McKee

Nicholas McKee played for the Fresno Monsters from 2010 to 2013. During his time with the Monsters, McKee had 77 goals and 92 assists. After skating three seasons with the Monsters McKee was offered to play for Becker College in Massachusetts. Becker College is Division III of NCAA.
He is currently a sophomore and majoring in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in information security. He grew this passion from his older brother, Trever. “I want to contribute to this field and help secure information for corporations and individuals all over the world,” says Nick McKee.
Last season with the Becker Hawks McKee scored 8 goals and 8 assists. He says Coach Bryce Dale was a great mentor and gave him the tools necessary to make the transition from Junior Hockey to playing at the collegiate level. McKee joins former Monsters' players Kyle Godfrey and Tommy Nourie. They push each other to achieve success on and off the ice.
His best memory so far playing for the Hawks is when they won the Fourth Annual Worcester City Cup. They ended up beating nationally ranked Nicholas College 5-1 in the championship game. He said, “Everyone on my team played their best game, and we showed the league what we were really about.” His Monster family is very proud of him and wishes him a great 2015-2016 season.
