Dr. Travis Romney announced as team chiropractor

Date:  Source: Seattle Impact FC

Travis Romney graduated from Kentwood in 2000. He was first introduced to chiropractic care after suffering a 3rd degree shoulder sprain during a rugby game. His chiropractor was able to align his neck, back and shoulder joints to help him heal in time to play at the National High School Rugby Tournament.

Dr. Romney went to Boise State University for pre-chiropractic studies and a business management degree. After graduating, he was accepted to the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. There he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and also completed an internship at North Portland Chiropractic Clinic.

After completion of his internship, Dr. Romney served Spokane residents working alongside eastern Washington’s leader in extremity adjusting, Dr. Keith Morehouse DC, CCEP, CCSP. In 2012, Dr. Romney completed a 7 month long post-graduate course for diagnosing, treating, and rehabbing extremity conditions and injuries. This course further developed his ability to treat his patients from head to toe, literally.

Dr. Romney met his wife, Alisha, in the first quarter of chiropractic school and they were married in their 10th quarter. The Romneys enjoy camping, hiking, fly fishing, and many other outdoor activities.

The Romneys recently had a son in December and are enjoying this precious gift.
