Both the Bantams and Mites were on the road this weekend. On Saturday, the Senior Titans moved inside to the East Hants Sports Plex to face the host Fall River Dragons. The Bantams defeated the Dragons by a score of 38-0 improving their season record to 2-0. Through 8 quarters the team has yet to surrender any points. Next Sunday the Bantams will host the 1-0 Halifax Argos at home on the SJA field.  Kickoff is at noon.

On Sunday the Titan Mites travelled to Canning to play in the Valley Bulldogs Jamboree. In the first game the young Mites played a larger more experienced squad from Dartmouth. The boys put forth a great effort despite the difference in size and experience. The second game saw the Titan Mites play a more evenly matched Valley team.  In an exciting competitive match the young Mites made some great plays on both sides of the ball. The Titan Mites continue to improve and have fun learning the game of football.  Next week they are off to Truro to play in the Truro Mites Jamboree.

The Atom and Peewee Titans both had byes this past weekend but will return to the gridiron in week 3.
