The Idaho Junior Steelheads swept a three game series in Bellingham, Washington, against the Blazers and will now play their make-up game against the Seattle Totems at 5:45 PM MST Monday.

Idaho beat Bellingham 3-2 on Friday night, 3-0 Saturday night, and 6-2 on Sunday to complete a 6-0 season sweep over the expansion team.

Lance Herning led the Junior Steelheads with four points over the weekend, two goals and two assists.

Boise resident and co-captain Hunter Lester had two goals and one assist.

Other goal scorers for the Idaho team included Matt Kindred, Rei Kikuchi, Jacob Hedencrona, Tyler Berndt, Jakub Heza, Dominic Puzevic, Arturs Apfelbaums, and Boise resident Bryan Kaes

Alex Piliya had three assists during the series.  Oleg Losev, Kindred, and Hedencrona each had a pair.
