Game 1: Bantams Bulldogs 14 - Truro Freightliners 12

Truro hit first with a Kick Off return for Touchdown by Kamryn Matheson. 

Valley responded with a rush from Royce Gloumeau for a Major and convert from Jacob Ogilvie.  The Bulldogs pulled ahead on a pass play from Caleb Melanson to Alex Hayes for the Bulldog’s second major (conversion by Ogilvie).  Truro pressured the bulldogs with a major from Riley Gabriel in the second half to make the score 14-12. 

The Valley squad held solid and shut down the Freightliners for the rest of the game.

The Bulldog Defense was led by D-Line pressure.  The leader of the group, Kyle Chappus being consistently in the backfield.  This caused 4 interceptions, Alex Hayes, Jacob Ogilvie, Jack Hayes and Mitch Miller and numerous sacks and tackles for loses.

Game 2: Peewee Bulldogs 25 - Truro Blue Bombers 0

The Pee Wee Bulldogs started their season in fine fashion. New comer Sami Whidden scored three touchdowns for the Bulldogs with Owen MacRae converting all of them. MacRae also scored a single on a field goal attempt. The Defense for the Bulldogs was dominant all day long. Truro ran 36 offensive plays and gained -18yards for the day.

Game 3: Atom Bulldogs 26 - Truro Tide 6

A strong performance by the young Atoms.  Scoring was led by Nate Oickle with 3 touchdowns and Tyler Croteau with 1.  The final point came on a single by Riley Fulton.

The defense only bent a little and were solid all day.
