Congratulations to ECE parent Jeff Bigham, winner of this year's East Coast Eagles raffle. This year's raffle prize is a $2,000 travel voucher provided by BeeLine Travel of Raleigh.  It is reported that the Bigham's already have a vacation planned for Disney World later in the year and will apply the voucher to make that trip more special.  Enjoy!
