With the win, Dorchester evened the series at one-one in the best of seven showdown Dolphins pulled out the victory even though they were hit with 28 penalty minutes. Dorchester were sparked by Tyler Loucks, who registered one goal. Loucks scored on the power play in the second period to make the score 3-1 Dorchester. Derek Todosichuk and Jordan Fuller registered the assists on the goal. Dolphins stifled Hawks's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Dorchester additionally got points from Jay Ritchie, who also registered one goal and one assist and Todosichuk, who also registered one goal and one assist. Dorchester also got a goal from Patrick Freel as well. In addition, Dorchester received assists from Alex Weaver, Chris Carreiro, Ryan Tuffin, and Fuller, who each chipped in one. Exeter kept Dorchester's goalie busy throughout the game, and Riley Brown made 38 saves on 40 shots. Hawks were helped by Tyler Kettler, who finished with one goal.Kettler scored in the second period to make the score 2-1 Dorchester. Frasier Lewis claimed the first assist on the goal, and Chase Thornton got the second.Exeter also had goals scored by Christian Petrozza and Kettler, who each put in one. More assists for Exeter came via Lewis, who had two and Thornton and Max Naus, who contributed one apiece. Dolphins incurred 28 minutes in penalty time with nine minors. Trevor Fleming recorded 21 saves for Exeter. Hawks incurred 24 minutes in penalty time with 12 minors.
