Patrick Freel gave the Dorchester Dolphins a 4-3 (OT) victory over the Mt.Brydges Bulldogs when he scored 3:46 into the extra period. The win by Dorchester clinched the best of seven series at 4-0. The Dolphins were sparked by Freel, who had one goal. Dorchester also got points from Lucas Wilson, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Dorchester also had goals scored by Alex Weaver and Jay Ritchie, who scored one goal each. More assists for Dorchester came via Michael Blue, Chris Carreiro, and Ryan Tuffin, who each chipped in one. Mt.Brydges excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. The Bulldogs kept Dorchester's goalie busy throughout the game, and Riley Brown made 29 saves on 32 shots. Mt.Brydges was helped by Alex Cox, who finished with one goal. Cox scored 2:25 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Antoine Brochu provided the assist.
