The Erin Shamrocks had trouble finding ways to stop the Alliston Hornets, which beat Shamrocks, 7-3. With the win, Alliston evened the series at 2-2 in the best of seven showdown. The Hornets got the win with help from a great game by Nick Arcan, who had two goals and one assist. Arcan scored the first of his two goals at 7:13 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Alliston. Matt Hamilton picked up the assist. Arcan's next tally made the score 3-2 Alliston with 16:09 left in the second period. Will Ferguson assisted on the tally. Alliston forced Erin goalie Mark Terry to work between the pipes, taking 33 shots. Alliston also got points from Mackenzie Flewelling, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Hamilton, who also had one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Alliston included Mitch Livingston, Joe Cochrane, and Jordan Schwartz, who each put in one. More assists for Alliston came via Gianluca Pallotta and Brady Martin, who each chipped in one and Braydon Hogarth, Ryan Lewis, and John Gage, who contributed two each. The Shamrocks were helped by Mike McCannell, who registered one goal. McCannell scored 3:10 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Mike Nicolucci picked up the assist. Erin additionally got points from Nicolucci, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Erin also got a goal from Reiss Debrouwer as well. In addition, Erin received assists from Liam Adamson, who had one and Keegan Martinec and Jeff Brown, who contributed two each. Mike Masucci rejected 14 shots on goal for the Hornets. Alliston totaled 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 2-for-5 on the power play. The Hornets ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Andrew Ceolin was ejected from the game. Terry recorded 26 saves for Erin. The Shamrocks totaled 17 minutes in penalty time with six minors and one major and went 1-for-3 on the power play. For Erin, Nicolucci was ejected from the game.
