The Caledonia Corvairs tried their best to erase a three-goal deficit, but the St. Catharines Falcons would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3. St. Catharines made the score 4-1 on a goal by Tyler Jackson at 5:51 in the third period, and Caledonia got as close as 4-3 when Matthew Hore scored 16:14 into the third period. Jackson was all over the ice for the Falcons, as he grabbed two goals in the win. St. Catharines was often in penalty trouble, totaling 10 minors and one major for 35 minutes in penalty time. The Falcons surpassed its season average of 26.0 penalty minutes per game. Others who scored for St. Catharines included Broderick Kelly and Nicholas Dozzi, who scored one goal each. In addition, St. Catharines received assists from James Guest, Brandon Cercone, and Owen Green, who contributed one each and Jake Evans and Mitchell Webb, who each chipped in two. The Corvairs were held below their usual level of production. Caledonia puts an average of 6.0 pucks into the net per game. St. Catharines was unable to stop the Corvairs from sending pucks towards the net, and Caledonia eventually piled up 32 shots on goal. Caledonia also got points from Jordan Brown, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Caledonia also got a goal from Davis Brown as well. More assists for Caledonia came via Daniel Volpe and Corey Pawley, who contributed two each. The Falcons' Cameron Gray stopped 29 shots out of the 32 that he faced. St. Catharines registered two goals on four power play opportunities. The Falcons ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Tanner Allen was ejected from the game. Liam Conway recorded 20 saves for the Corvairs. Caledonia totaled 19 minutes in penalty time with seven minors and one major and went 2-for-6 on the power play. For the Corvairs, Ryan Punkari was ejected from the game.
