The Strathroy Rockets could not hold down the London Nationals, and Nationals erased a three-goal deficit en route to a 6-4 win. London never led in the game until netting the game winner. The Nationals was down 3-0 after a goal by Strathroy's Dillon Saunders at 3:42 in the second period. London knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Austin Kemp at 18:28 in the second period. The Nationals netted the game winner at 18:45 in the second period on a goal by Kemp. Scott Goodman had two goals to lead London to victory. The Nationals' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Strathroy power plays. The Rockets were unable to stop London from sending pucks towards the net, and the Nationals eventually piled up 41 shots on goal. London additionally got points from Tyler Sehovic, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Kemp, who also registered one goal and one assist. Others who scored for London included Kevin Madden and John Adams, who each put in one.
