The Leamington Flyers relied on the sparkling performance of Michael Barrett in net to grab a 3-1 win against the London Nationals. Leamington's penalty kill excelled, as the Flyers gave up one goal despite allowing six power plays. Leamington was sparked by Mark Gangnon, who finished with one goal and one assist. Gangnon scored on the power play 19:01 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Leamington. A charging penalty on Callum Ruddock had put the Flyers on the power play. Aaron Langlois assisted on the tally. Leamington's offense rang up 31 shots on London's net.
