Behind a great game by Zach Van Louwe, who had two goals and two assists, the Stratford Cullitons defeated the Kitchener Dutchmen, 7-4. Van Louwe's tallies came at 6:58 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Stratford and on the power play 17:22 into the second to make the score 3-2 Stratford.Stratford's offense rang up 38 shots on Kitchener's net. The Cullitons found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. Stratford averages 4.6 goals per game. The Cullitons were forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as they racked up 34 penalty minutes. Stratford also got points from Deven Kropf, who also registered one goal and one assist, Josh Miller, who also finished with one goal and one assist, and Justin Graham, who also registered one goal and three assists to lead the team in points.
