The St. Catharines Falcons had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over the Ancaster Avalanche. St. Catharines was led by Jack Webb, who racked up one goal and one assist. Webb scored 2:52 into the second period to make the score 3-1 St. Catharines. Romaeo D`Intino assisted on the tally. The Falcons forced Ancaster's goaltenders to work in net, racking up 35 shots and forcing 29 saves. Matt Calas made 21 stops and Cole Ceci made eight.
