London and Chatham could not settle their match and fought to a 2-2 tie. The Maroons were unable to stop the Nationals from sending pucks towards the net, and London eventually piled up 47 shots on goal. The Nationals were helped by Scott Goodman, who finished with one goal. Goodman scored on the power play 17:58 into the second period to make the score 1-1. A slashing penalty on Michael Levesque had put London on the power play. Tanner Ferreira assisted on the tally. Kevin Madden also scored for London. In addition, London received assists from Austin Kemp, who had one and Jordan Di Cicco, who had two. Chatham forced the Nationals goalie Connor Hughes to work between the pipes, taking 42 shots. The Maroons were helped by Teddy McGeen, who had one goal. McGeen scored 9:09 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Chatham. Austin Thompson picked up the assist. Chatham also got a goal from Connor McKinnon as well. More assists for Chatham came via Michael Douglas, Gus Ford, and Brayden Hopkins, who contributed one each. London's Hughes stopped 40 shots out of the 42 that he faced. The Nationals incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with three minors. Parker Butler recorded 45 saves for Chatham. The Maroons incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
