Team North Dakota 18U survives MNEPDL 18U comeback, wins 4-3

Team North Dakota 18U survived a determined comeback attempt by MNEPDL 18U on the way to a 4-3 win.

Team North Dakota 18U made the score 4-2 on a goal by Parker Simonson at 10:07 in the third period, and MNEPDL 18U got as close as 4-3 when Peter Moran scored 12:21 into the third period.

Simonson had one goal and two assists to lead Team North Dakota 18U.

Team North Dakota 18U did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting nine shots on net to force five saves.

Others who scored for Team North Dakota 18U included Gage Hanson, Luke Sandy, and Boe Bjorge, who each put in one. In addition, Team North Dakota 18U received assists from Nick Lund and Tony Haley, who each chipped in one.
