Lastarza leads Toronto Bulldogs over Team Minnesota, 10-1

Michael Lastarza had two goals and two assists to lead Toronto Bulldogs to a 10-1 victory over Team Minnesota.

Lastarza scored at 10:19 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Toronto Bulldogs and again while 8:46 into the second to make the score 5-1 Toronto Bulldogs.

Toronto Bulldogs forced Team Minnesota's goalies to work hard to keep the puck out of the net, finishing with 34 shots and forcing 24 saves. Jacob Fowler made 13 stops and Finn Dexheimer made 11. Toronto Bulldogs cashed in on power play opportunities, scoring two goals on three chances. Toronto Bulldogs got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Toronto Bulldogs also got points from Rutger Mcgroarty, who also racked up three goals and one assist, Charlie Gollob, who also had two goals and two assists to lead the team in points, and Jordan Karafile, who also finished with one goal and two assists. Toronto Bulldogs also got a goal from Dylan Roobroeck as well. Other players who recorded assists for Toronto Bulldogs were Brody Crane, who had two and Andrew Leblanc, David Brandes, Jacob Leblanc, Kocha Delic, and Isaiah George, who each chipped in one.

Toronto Bulldogs' defense shut down Team Minnesota's forwards for much of the game, and Team Minnesota got off only 11 shots during the contest.

Team Minnesota was led by Jimmy Clark, who scored the team's only goal. Clark scored 8:29 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Toronto Bulldogs. Gavin Brindley picked up the assist.

Toronto Bulldogs' Claudio Ardellini stopped 10 shots out of the 11 that he faced. Toronto Bulldogs incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Team Minnesota incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
