Team Minnesota blows out Team Sask Jr Pats, 3-0

Team Minnesota had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 3-0 win over Team Sask Jr Pats.

Team Minnesota was led by Isaac Howard, who registered one goal. Howard scored 1:19 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Team Minnesota. Nick Mikan picked up the assist.

Team Minnesota did not rack up many penalties in the contest, finishing with just one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Team Minnesota also had goals scored by Jackson Anderson and Brady Ingebritson, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Team Minnesota were Gavin Lindberg, Gabe Rasmussen, Gavin Brindley, and Quinn Schliesman, who each chipped in one.

Team Sask Jr Pats found itself stymied offensively, and got off a mere nine shots against Team Minnesota's defense. Team Sask Jr Pats did not rack up many penalties in the contest, registering a minimal one minor for two minutes in penalty time.

Team Minnesota's Jacob Fowler stopped nine shots out of the nine that he faced. Team Minnesota registered zero goals on one power play opportunities. Ethan Chadwick rejected 16 shots on goal for Team Sask Jr Pats. Team Sask Jr Pats registered zero goals on one power play opportunities.
