The Nepean Raiders tried their best to erase a two-goal deficit, but the Cornwall Colts would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3. A goal by Jake Martin put Cornwall up 4-2 in the third period, but Nepean pulled to within one on Brent Norris's tally 9:35 into the third period. The win gave the Colts a 2-0 lead in the best of seven series. Cornwall was led by Martin, who finished with one goal. Martin scored 6:06 into the third period to make the score Cornwall. Anthony Sanniti provided the assist. The Colts kept the Raiders' goalie busy throughout the game, and Matt Zawadzki made 32 saves on 36 shots.
