Games ARE played on the May long weekend but not on the May 25-27th weekend (American Memorial Holiday weekend). There are NO games played on the July or August long weekends.
The Dasani Youth Hockey League issue and post schedules month by month. The reason for doing so is to allow for any required divisional re-alignment to achieve the best possible parity and competition level.
