Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Jr. K-Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League, announce that defenseman Mark Esshaki has committed to Lake Forest College (NCAA Division III).

A two-year veteran of the NAHL Esshaki played with 3 teams over the last 2 years. Most of his games were this past season with Kalamazoo where he posted 11 points by way of 3 goals and 8 assists.

Lake Forest College is located in Lake Forest, IL to the north of Chicago. The Foresters compete in The Midwest Conference and are part of the newly named Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (formerly the Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association). An overall record of 10-12-5 in 2012-13 was considerably better than the previous six years.
