Date:  Source: Clinton LumberKings

May 20, 2021 - After receiving updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Iowa Department of Public Health, and the Clinton County Health Department, the LumberKings have modified NelsonCorp Field’s health and safety protocols.

MASK POLICY

 - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY -

  • Guests at NelsonCorp Field are encouraged to wear masks, but masks will no longer be required in any open-air spaces within NelsonCorp Field.
  • Guests who haven’t been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 yet are encouraged to wear a mask while in any indoor area of NelsonCorp Field, including the LumberKings Front Office, the Lumber Yard Team Store, and restroom facilities.
  • NelsonCorp Field staff and personnel will continue to wear masks during events when handling food and beverage items and when they are unable to properly social distance themselves from others in a closed indoor area.

Masks also are strongly recommended to be worn for the sake of those who are more vulnerable, such as unvaccinated children and the immune-comprised.

SEATING POLICY

- EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY –

All seating areas will be open and the facility will run at 100% capacity.

The LumberKings ask fans to please be aware of their surroundings and to be respectful for others during this time.
