Owls drop season opener to St. Anselm in final minute

Keene, NH-  The Keene State College Men's Ice Hockey Club lost its season opener to St. Anselm College on Friday night at Keene ICE; the final score was 5-4.  KSC used goals from Drew Merrick, Kyle Carignan and Joey SIlva to hold leads during the game and a goal from Dillon Mensing in his 1st career game tieds the game for the Owls with eight minutes remaining in the game before St. Anselm scored the game-winner with just 33 second left in the game.  Keene Stae will host Providence and visit Northeastern next weekend.
