​This fall/winter 2017-18 the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre will be running Adult Masters Lacrosse Leagues.

The Masters Elite League will run Weekly Wednesday night games at 9PM and 10PM on the Turf at the TRAC. We have spaces to fill 4 teams. Stick checking will be allowed with modified rules will increase the speed of game play and allow for more scoring opportunities. This league is designed for ex-junior or minor lacrosse players who have experience and are looking to play on a more competitive level.

The Masters Recreational League will run weekly Thursday night games at 9PM and 10PM on the Turf at the TRAC. This is a non-contact league which allows new and experienced players an opportunity to continue playing the great sport of lacrosse on a recreational level. Traditional Ontario Masters rules will be followed for this league, which is a great opportunity to try the game if you've never played before.
