The Victoria Premier Bantam Eagles are now 4-0 going into the final day of round robin competition at the Western Canadian Baseball Championships in Kamloops.  Coban Scott pitched a complete game, no-hitter against the host Kamloops Riverdogs in a decisive 12-2 victory.  Scott’s dominant pitching performance earned him the game MVPs honors.  Offensively, Eagles were led by Arden Berg with 3 RBIs (1-2), Carlin Dick going 2-3 with 2 RBIs and Kaleb Nantes hitting 2-3.  While the Eagles are on top with a perfect 4-0 record, two other teams remain 3-1, including Team Manitoba, who play the Eagles tomorrow at 1pm, which makes Sunday’s final games of the round robin important for all three teams vying for the finals.
