Aaron Pilkington can do it all. Literally.

During the first three games of this season with the Bones, Pilkington has contributed his skills behind the plate, on the mound, at shortstop, and at first. He even picked up a win after pitching in a June 3rd game against the Charlotte Galaxy. When asked how he liked playing different positions, he said, “It was fun and exciting. I want to play shortstop again.” Known for his power at the plate, Pilkington led the nation in home runs during his sophomore year of high school and hit 5 home runs during his freshman year at Spartanburg Methodist College.

His experience with the Bones has been a positive one so far – “It’s been great; it’s been fun. It’s been loose, not uptight.” As for how optimistic he is about the team, he had one word: “Threepeat.”
