Coaching Boys into Menis a coaches leadership program that equips coaches with the lifetime tools they need to teach their male athletes the importance of respecting women and that violence never equals strength. The program will provide coaches with a two hour training course and an official Coaches Kit which has strategies, scenarios and resources that are easily implemented into a practice schedule over a 12 week period for only 15-30 minutes a week.

The proof is in the results. A study funded by the CDCfound desirable shifts in all three measured outcomes:

  • students’ ability to identify abusive behaviors;
  • students’ attitudes and beliefs which may support violence against women;
  • and students’ willingness to intervene when they see forms of abuse occurring

A small amount of time for such valuable life tools for your athletes.
