Jake Eubank, a 6 foot 2, 212lb, 20 year old forward from Kenai, Alaska has signed with the Southern Oregon Spartans for the 2016/2017 season. Jake has previously played his junior hockey with Kenai Brown Bears in the NAHL and Pikes Peak Miners in the RMJHL. Tallying 76 points in 66 games, Jake has definitely proven he is more then capable of helping the Spartans offensive production. Jake aspires to continue his hockey career at the collegiate level next year.
