The first ever playoff bracket for the inaugural Corn Belt League season has been finalized. On Friday, August 5th, the winner of the four Omaha teams will face off against the winner of the Sioux Falls Pilots and the Carroll Merchants/Bancroft Bandits for the Corn Belt League Championship. The only thing that is still up in the air is home field advantage. 

As of now, the Sioux Falls Pilots stand atop the rankings with only a double header against the Omaha Black Sox on Thursday. If the Pilots win at least one game on Thursday they will lock up home field advantage throughout the playoffs. However, if the Black Sox win the rest of their games, including the ones on Thursday, they will overtake the top spot and host throughout the playoffs.
